The treatments and services we provide are client focused and not restricted to just one therapy or method. At Hobart Performance we offer 60 minute Private Treatments and 30 minute Self Recovery Treatments and these can be booked through the Schedule Appointment button above.

Within the Conditioning Sessions we do offer regular Personal Training where a development program can be built to keep you on track for a specific target. Call us to discuss further.
If you like managing your own recovery then you can book a 30 minute Self Recovery for $20 and use the Power Plate or NormaTec Dynamic Compression System.
